Sounds like everyone had a great week, and I did too. Everything is normal here, doing some walking, talking, translating, and explaining why in the world an american is in brazil. It was actually funny the other day, we were walking and a man stopped us and said "state?" and I said yes, and he said that he is looking for a person to teach his daughter who will be going to the united states soon and we then tried to change it into a teaching appointment but he said he was a jew and just wants a teacher and that he will pay well... very very very well; I know I cant do it but it left me wondering exactly how much...🤑😅 JK. We also did a awesome P-day in Coite with the sisters of your district, complete with lunch and water ballons (thanks mom). We also went to a local concert which had several members playing and one of our investigators and it was so cool, I have some videos but they are too big to upload, and it was funny because they said to sing along because its a classic, but its brazillian original so I didnt know it. 😁
They started decorating the town for a festival they have in June, I dont know what/which festival but I hear it will be awesome! Today for P-day we did a lunch with some teen investigators and everyone brought something, some girls made pasta, another boy brought soda, and I made flan in the oven (which is the picture attatched)
Dinner, which some people have asked me, is usually 3 reais of bread and 1 real of some lunch meat, unless we dinner at the house of some member with bread or cuzcuz.
Thats some content for this week right? I always draw a blank when I come to sit down and type. Love you people!
